Privacy & website data.

Starting a conversation
The inquiry form asks for your name, reply email and message. Preparing an email draft keeps those details on this page. Opening your email app passes the draft to that app; you decide whether to send it. No newsletter subscription is included.
Information you send is used to respond and discuss the work. Keep sensitive information out of an initial inquiry. Inquiries sent by email are held in the recipient’s email account; a fixed deletion schedule has not been established. You can request deletion or correction, subject to any records that need to be retained.
Your self-assessments
The Website Scorecard saves answers in this browser tab’s session storage. Start again clears the assessment and its contact context. Clicking “Talk about your results” carries the current report into Contact on this device; nothing is sent until you choose a delivery option. An unchecked consent box controls whether the summary accompanies your inquiry. The full report stays local. Share cards default to a general invitation; you can deliberately select your recommended next action instead. You choose where to save or share exports. No public results link or cross-device result storage is provided.
Optional analytics
Two optional tools help me see how the site is used. Google Analytics measures page visits and broad actions such as opening a project, finishing the Scorecard or sending the contact form. It receives the page you are on, the website you arrived from and, if present, the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in a link. It does not receive names, email addresses, messages, assessment answers or other URL query strings. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized heatmaps and session replays of how pages are used, such as where people click and scroll. Form fields and Scorecard answers are masked and not recorded.
Neither tool loads until you allow them. Both use cookies. You can change your choice here at any time, and declining does not affect the tools or contact options.

Hosting and other websites
The hosting provider may process routine connection and security information when serving the site. Project links open independent websites with their own data practices. For questions about your information, contact Adam at the address above.
